Early Morning [0800 - 0900] — All Troubleshooters Report for Duty

There is no Mission assigned to any Specials today.

Morning & Afternoon [0900 - 1600] — Service Firm Positions
All Troubleshooters not assigned a mission should report to their Service Firm for their daily duties, unless specifically assigned a different shift.

Death Leopard is back! After nearly having nearly all of it's members hunted down and exterminated after the parade fiasco a few months ago, new leadership has arisen within the secret society and has been secretly recruiting new members hellbent on destruction for destruction's sake. A large number of Death Leopard members work within the Armed Services divison and at approximately 1400 today, a large shipment of weapons will be stolen.

At 1500 Death Leopard members stationed throughout Alpha will cause utter chaos by careening through Alpha in stolen motor cars, blaring loud music and shooting up the place. For the most part, they are not aiming for people, but their goal is to accomplish as much property damage as possible and announce their return. They do not, however, have any qualms at shooting officials clearance level YELLOW or higher. They have several grenades that they will use throughout their reign of terror, tossing them at random store fronts and service firms.

All Troubleshooters will be called on to stop them by any means necessary.

It will later be discovered that during this show of blatant disregard for Alpha Citizen Life, two more shipments of weapons were stolen.

Evening [1600 - 2200] — Citizen Improvement
All Alpha citizens are encouraged to better themselves through Alpha’s wide variety of educational, entertainment and cultural opportunities offered each evening. Attending these sanctioned events are not mandatory, but is highly encouraged by The Computer. Citizens choosing not to take advantage of these opportunities, have a growing number of other options available to them in how to spend their hard earned credits and free time.

Tonight’s event will be at 1700 in Meeting Room F, Wagon Wheel Floor 27 and will be hosted by the Volunteer Form Checkers. Help Alpha Complex by volunteering your time to check forms this evening as the scanners in the Housing, Planning & Development sector is down.

Alpha Curfew Restrictions
All Alpha citizens should be in their quarters within the Wagon Wheel by 2200, unless they’ve been given permission from a GREEN or higher clearance level citizen. Sleeping Aid gas is dispelled each night in the Wagon Wheel at 2200 to assist citizens in getting a productive sleeping period.

Confession Booths
There are hundreds of confession booths available around Alpha Complex if a citizen would like to communicate directly with the computer. Please use these confession booths to report mission statuses, report treason or terrorist acts, unregistered mutants, confess your trespasses against Alpha Complex, request propaganda or speak with Your Friend, The Computer, at any time.

Finally, someone appreciates the fine control of driving a car so quickly it looks out of control!

A name. Yes. That's a standard way someone is trying to be nice, or is it con, or both? Social conventions are confusing. Parker's face scrunches just a little, and she makes a decision. "Parker. Name, not action with the car."

As for the stopping. "Most don't like grenades, unless they're throwing them."

She just had to find a formerly blind man. Luckily for her, there's one in this place.

Perhaps both. Although, you might not give the same name in both situations. "It's nice to meet you, Parker."

"I've never thrown a grenade, so I'll have to trust you that those people like them." He glances out the car window. "They don't seem to be targeting people, even specials. They just want to destroy everything."

Likely a currently blind man would be relieved not to see how close she came to that building as they careen into an alley.

"Grenade throwing can be fun, if there's a point. There's nooooooooo point here." Parker clicks her tongue like she's about to scold someone. "What a waste! They're not even looting! Look! Look there!" She points to the slight left, where a man breaks something, but it's unclear from where she sits. Perhaps Matt has a better view. "Destruction. Everyone'll know he's been here and what if that's valuable? A waste!"

Very possibly.

Matt cocks his chin in her direction at that before nodding a little. Now he's a bit concerned that he's gotten in the car with someone who happens to be a part of a secret society, or maybe someone like Frank Castle. "You've got some experience with grenades." He figures it's better than a speech on how looting hurts the entire community while she's got him in her car.

"Eliot doesn't like my playing with them." as if that explains everything, but he didn't seem to mind her holding a rifle on a Ferris wheel. "As if I don't have experience with plastic explosives and other things that go boom!"

Parker would be an excellent member of a secret society because she's great at keeping secrets. She'd be a lousy member because society usually means people. and she's not so great with those.

"Is he a friend here?" Matt asks because no, that doesn't explain anything at all. "What did you do before coming here?" He's curious about that experience.

Matt is all about secrets, about using secrets to do good. He thinks secret societies are great, unless they're hurting others and today that seems to be the case.

"No. Nothing's distinctive here." If Parker's going to pout, it's now. She's alone here. That didn't bother her, once upon a time, but now? Now it twists inside almost like pain.

"I'm a thief." She says that with the same pride one might announce winning the Nobel prize. "Best thief."

Matt cocks his head a little. He understands the pain of not having friends here, people that know you and understand you. He's made some friends here, but he started out alone. He doesn't really understand her use of the word distinctive, but he gets the point.

His brows shoot up at that. He hadn't expected that and even if he'd known, he wouldn't expect her to confess to being a thief. He wishes he had his hearing. It would be nice to be able to hear her heartbeat right now, to see if confessing that made her anxious because everything else he's getting off her is pride. "Oh. That's...an interesting career field."

It makes sense to Parker, and that's the most important. Sometimes, it's easier to accept what she says without question.

Theft is her very favourite thing. Okay, money is her favourite thing, but stealing the money is her second favourite. Even if he had his hearing, Matt wouldn't pick up anxiety. Thrill, enthusiasm, pride, but not anxiety. The more difficult the job, the more fun the challenge.

"It's not one everyone should get into. So few professionals."
