Not that Katniss really cares how she looks. She's never been all that interested in her own appearance. Her hair is tied back in a serviceable braid. So long as what she wears is serviceable and warm, she's okay with whatever they give her.

Whether or not the drink has alcohol in it doesn't really matter. There's still enough drugs in her system that she's drunk on happiness. It keeps her dancing and laughing and wanting company. Only one of these three things come naturally to Katniss and it certainly isn't anything that really involves socializing.

"Too bad we can't get it in the Commissary," Katniss laments. "I don't mind the water but this does taste really good."
