In the mornings we report for a morning briefing at 0800, and curfew is 2200 so you have to be in your quarters by that time. Some nights there are things to do in the evening for Citizen Improvement sessions, but a lot of the time you can just wander around." A pause. "To...better yourself, as they tell us."
