It feels a lot better to have to wake up for a morning debriefing after actually having slept through the night. It's probably the one and only time Cisco will be grateful for the sleep aid gas, because after his troubleshooting shift yesterday, he'd immediately passed out for a nap only to wake up completely wired. If not for the sleep aid, he probably would've been bouncing off the walls with his second wind all night and the he'd be right back where he started again.
He heads into the meeting, keeping his eyes peeled for the few people he knows, but more specifically, Barry and Felicity. Stiles is also acceptable this early in the morning, he supposes. Then again, any company would be, come to think of it, because the more people he knows, the better off he'll probably be in the long run. Safety in numbers and all that.

While Cisco isn't the least bit interested in showing any loyalty to The Computer — he didn't ask to be here, you know — when he hears about the event tonight, he can't help thinking that it's probably a better idea to go than not to. First, if he goes, he's got exposure on his side. The Computer thinks he's interested, which looks good for him.
Second, and more importantly, it means that he can get a general idea of what is actually considered to be "loyal" in the eyes of The Computer. Since knowing the rules is treasonous, this seems like a safe way to skirt said rule a little in order to get a better idea of how best to blend in while biding his time as they try to figure a way back to Central City. The fastest way is obviously going to be if he can get his Vibes back and make a new pair of Vibe glasses. The only problem with that is that it means trying to figure out how to recreate Earth 2 technology in whatever Earth — or whatever — this place actually is...

After the Citizen Improvement event, Cisco decides to call it a night. He still hasn't quite memorized the path to the Specials HQ without Barry kind of guiding him, so going down there on his own seems like an exercise in potentially dangerous futility. Instead, he heads back to his room, shared with a girl he's met but doesn't really know, named Blue.
...and he'll be damned if he doesn't conquer the Eiffel 65 earworm that works its way into his head for hours at a time, every time he sees her. Whoever wrote that song really should've been shot. Seriously, though.
