Even when she's being silly, Cisco can't help finding Gracie attractive. Maybe it's not in spite of it, though, because he actually finds her silliness in and of itself to be kind of attractive. She's like a little ray of sunshine in this place and he'd like to stay in the sun, if at all possible. Being in her presence is always going to be preferable. Especially when she's telling him how good looking she thinks that he is.

"Very temporary, because I have kind of some busy work to do but I can do it remotely so I'm not in a rush," he says dismissively. "Lucky me, more like," he corrects her before draping an arm around her shoulders to test the waters there. He's checking to see whether she'll push him away or stay where she is; whether she'll like it or be offended.
