She's momentarily surprised by his comment. She gapes at him a moment before speaking. "I...didn't think of it like that. I just figured...you know...excuse." She bites her bottom lip, words bubbling and wanting to burst out of her. "It's what you do with cute boys. Don't you know anything? Geesh," she teases, but she's blushing bright red even with all the extra good feelings and coffee today. "I'll mark you down in the kissing column then and save the high fives for other people." And that makes her flush again. She bites the tip of her tongue. "Sorry. I drank a lot of coffee so I'm extra filterless today. Brain. Thoughts. Words. It's an endless flow."

She might spend the rest of this meeting red. She can't help it though. She really does feel bubbly and happy today, more so than she usually is, even at home.
