After the day she had yesterday, Blue had been more than ready to play a little bit of hooky from work. The excuse she does initially give herself is that it's okay to be late to her assignment because she needs to check up on Adam and see how he's healing. If she's doing that, she also might as well check up on Ronan and see how he's handling the mess. They might not be in Henrietta and circumstances might be entirely different here, but she still considers them to be her boys and friends. That means whatever trouble they're in, she wants a part of it.

What she doesn't expect, when she finally does find them, is all the chaos they're causing. Oh, Blue expects nothing less of Ronan Lynch. But Adam's always been more cautious. Somewhere in the back of her mind, she can imagine Gansey disapproving of all of this. But Gansey isn't here right now and...
