Ronan's mind hasn't wandered there yet simply because he's all wrapped up in the feeling of going too fast, but his mind goes there on a regular, daily basis. He's got a lot of time in his job to think. Thinking almost always leads to that time in the car.

Going is exactly what Ronan wants right now too. It doesn't matter where; it's the act of going and being gone that's important right now. Adam has a skewed idea of what beautiful is, but Ronan isn't going to argue with him on it. He likes (and always has) that Adam isn't scared of him, that Adam thinks he's beautiful because Ronan certainly thinks Adam is beautiful. He has from the moment he noticed him in Latin class.

"As far and as fast," Ronan agrees, pushing the accelerator down a bit further, causing the car to rev higher and move a little faster. Right now, there's not a lot to see, but that matters very little to Ronan as well.
