It was Felicity and Ronan actually did get her name, but he doesn't trust Oliver enough to share that, to let him know that he cared enough to remember her name. He knows that idea makes clones more plausible. He's had that thought as well, and he refuses to think of himself as a clone, to think that any world he might 'remember' is simply a glitch. He knows there are others that feel that way as well.
