As for the rest..."I'm working on it. I think I can just about handle the ingredients on a semi regular basis." He gets real food often enough that if he hoards it she might be able to cook something. Of course, he doesn't yet have the kitchen and he's not sure he can hoard enough fresh stuff and have it stay fresh.

The dancing around is a necessity in this place because of their level difference. However, he does still consider them a couple and she's not the only one emotionally invested. He probably wouldn't call it love yet, but that's because his own experiences with 'love' have been pretty bad. He cares very much for her. He's attracted to her; he enjoys spending time with her and would like to spend more time with her.

It's just easier to hold her hand and not concentrate entirely on eating if he's got a place to put the plate. He likes the way she touches him, even though they're light, little touches, he likes it. Once she's got a spot cleared and she's led him to it, he puts his place down carefully, making sure to check the edge of the table with his fingertips. Once he's got an idea of that, it makes it easier for him to pick up the slice of pizza and take a bit without looking awkward. He makes a little hum of approval and gives her a thumbs up before chewing and swallowing so he can verbally confirm his approval. "You're a pizza Sorceress," he assures her. "This is great."
