Well, she essentially is. He's going to focus on this conversation with her, on this time spent with her. He's got no intention of being rude, but he is taking the glasses off for her because he knows that she prefers it. Honestly, he's just thankful that she's not 'creeped' out by it. Of course, he probably wouldn't be dating her if she were.

She's not wrong; the kiss is just icing. He hums contentedly into the kiss, knowing that it probably should break because they're in front of people, but not wanting it to.

"You did and that's really the sort of thing that ought to be disclosed at the beginning of the relationship. I would have taken advantage of this pizza magic much, much sooner had I know." He smirks when he says it, standing back a little as he listens to her make a plate for him. He likes that she doesn't ask simply because it makes his blindness less awkward and he's only about half coping with not having his skills anyway. He's destroyed his room the other night simply because he'd stubbed his toe on a chair. It's been a couple of decades since he'd done that.

On the contrary, the slip makes him grin a bit. He does wish he could still tell when she gets embarrassed because he'd be able to assure her that there's no reason to be embarrassed. However, there's that old, tired inner monologue about not having his senses. It does feel different having her call him 'baby', more like a couple and less like flirting. he manages to reach out and grab one of her hands, brushing a kiss against the knuckles. Of course, now he's trying to decide which sort of pet name feels natural to use for her. He's never really been in a relationship where pet names were a thing. Electra would have strung him up for calling her baby, darling, sweetheart or any other pet name. Instead he opts to move on, hoping the way he kissed her hand would reassure her that he likes the pet name and he'll ponder what to call her later. "Is an empty seat somewhere or should we just commandeer one end of the table?"
