His tone is a little flippant at the answer, and some part of him is ready to say outloud just how much he really doesn't feel like talking to him, not after everything that happened, but he swallows the words down. It's almost nonchalant, the way that he slowly strolls along the headquarters as he takes in every detail, but he's mainly doing it so that he doesn't have to necessarily sit or even stand too close to Steve.
