As soon as Felicity sees Barry headed towards her, she starts fidgeting with her glass of water. Suddenly, it was very important that she find somewhere to put it down, especially if it meant facing away from Barry. It wasn't that she was trying to avoid him per se — she was just too embarrassed to know what to say.
When his shoulder brushes hers, Felicity knows that she can't hide forever, and if she was being honest with herself, all she really wants is for them to be okay again.
"It's nice," she answers, smiling at him despite herself and picking back up the glass she just worked so darn hard to put down. "I can tell that people really care about Dick. Everyone seems ... to really care about each other."
