So, Cisco is not stoked about being assigned as a bodyguard to a mutant for several reasons. First, mutant reads as metahuman to Cisco and he can count the number of those he's met who aren't bad guys on one hand. The odds are not in his favor. Two, all he's got as a weapon is a laser gun and they haven't even given him like five minutes of training on how to use it. Cisco makes weapons, but he's not huge on actually using them. But third, and most importantly, being assigned as a bodyguard heavily implies that he and whoever his partner is going to be are completely expendable. Not encouraging.

Still, the plus side is that Gabi is apparently BLUE and works in the Technology sector, which means Cisco can potentially gather some intel on this whole cloning process. It might be a little tricky, given all he's got is a temporary access badge, but he's certainly not going to slam the door shut entirely on an opportunity.

Cisco's waiting for this partner of his so that they can head up to find their charge. It's going to be a freaking long day, so he really, really hopes this "Stiles" is a hot girl. Failing that, at least someone Cisco can get along with would be preferable.
