It isn't really until Allison doesn't just hug her back, but clings just like Lydia is that Lydia really feels like it's Allison. She smiles tearfully and nods, though, at Allison's reassurance, placing her hands on her friends shoulders as she pulls back from their hug and running them slowly down her arms, the way she always used to when she was trying to calm Allison down or help her to focus.
"Yeah, yeah...you're here now and that's what matters," Lydia agrees, "you're right."
