There'd probably be a way for Matt to use the specials network to communicate, and though he couldn't fall back on the 'old fashioned' method of pen and paper, there would probably be some other coded way of communicating that they could utilise.

"Not exactly, repairs seem to happen out of opportunity more than schedule I think. Keeping track of what's happening when is... more of an art than a science." the information was always changing, keeping up with it took effort.

"Exactly," he agreed cheerfully.
