Despite being a good lawyer, Matt isn't the best liar. It's pretty clear in the expression on his face that the whole 'big brother' thing doesn't set well with him. "So privacy is an illusion," he sighs. "Do they listen to all our conversations? Or are they simply watching?" It's not so much that he's uncertain of the place as he doesn't know enough about it, but he's learning and he doesn't like what he's learning.
