He shakes his head a little at Dick's offer. In the time that Ray has guided him around and told him a bit about this place, he's stopped panicking and has realized that his senses are still good (very good for a human); they're just not supernatural right now. "Nice to meet you, Dick and thank you." It is nice to have a space that he can call his where he's welcome.
