Ray would've been good at this. Or Tony. Or Dick. ...not her. She's doing all right, because it's really just spouting off information Steve's already been given and writing down information about the citizens who approach the booth to learn, but she still doesn't see how she or Steve are the best choices for this particular task.

Between Alphas, Lydia's looking at the PDC manual, reading and re-reading the sections on some of the new functionality. "I'm keeping this booklet," she leans over and whispers to Steve.
