Adam can be dangerous only in an intellectual way. He isn't dangerous to people who don't pose a threat to him in any way. If he feels threatened in any way, Cabeswater will usually protect him. There isn't any Cabeswater here though, not as far as he can tell. Which leaves Adam defenseless. It's strange. In his world he'd only just learned that Cabeswater, ley lines, points of mystical convergence were all over the world.

This must not be their world.

Barry seems nice too, so far. That smile is non-threatening even as Adam takes the offered wet suit with a quietly murmured 'thanks'. He's supposed to put this on? Adam has never worn a wet suit before. Ten seconds doesn't seem like enough time. But maybe it's just that easy to do.

He shakes his head. "I've never been scuba diving. But I can swim and stay under water for awhile." Awhile, meaning at least ten seconds if not a little more. "How far down is it? Do you know?"
