This, not giving in to the way that his hands want to roam along Steve's body, or pull him in closer still, is definitely hard. If Steve would have pulled away already, would have said that they couldn't continue this for the night and just wanted to sleep, Tony wouldn't have objected. But with the way that Steve is kissing him, the way he holds him, it makes his brain go haywire, and it's as if his instincts want to take over.
He has to remind himself that he can't, though. Because really, ultimately, giving Steve space and time to figure out the timing that works for him, is what he wants. The last thing he wants is for Steve to ever feel like he rushed him, like he did something that he didn't want to. Tony would absolutely hate that, so no.
