"Like my sister." Prim comments without thinking too much on what she's saying. Katniss is usually on the cusp of getting in trouble, or in a little bit of it herself....whether it be because she's out in the woods hunting or part of the resistance. It seems like her sister has very much the same sort of philosophy as this man. And it does manage to make a small, fond smile pull at Prim's mouth. Prim might not be quite the rebel that her sister, or even Alcide, is but she has her own, subtle way of doing things. Of trying to make a difference, and help. She's not sure that her way is actually all that helpful, but she does try.
Prim doesn't take her eyes off of the much larger man, though, even as he admits that he dreamed about her too. Prim's not sure how she feels about that. There are...a lot of things from Prim's past that aren't pleasant; that's just the life that she was born into. She tried, though, to be positive.... there were definitely times when it was easier said than done. And, apparently, Alcide was given the worst memories from Prim's life. The blonde closes her eyes and turns her head, almost feeling as if she's back there....hearing her name and feeling like she's about to die only to have her sister save her....and then the realization of what Katniss going in her place actually meant.... Prim knows that it's a terrible memory for anyone to have. Forcing herself to look up at Alcide, Prim nods, and tries not to get emotional.
"The Reaping...it's the way they pick the tributes from the districts for the Hunger Games." Prim speaks quietly, wetting her lips and knowing that it was the time that she, basically, escaped death. "It's a fight to the death that people watch." It's a really simplistic explanation, but it's what Prim can manage for the moment. If he has questions, she'll answer them, he has a right know, now, though. He's already got a chunk of the story, plus, she has his memories. It's only right. At least he's telling her that he has these memories, but they are the lowest points....the most painful memories from her life.
"I'm a healer. That was the first time that I was sent out to help people and...my last. That was when I died." Prim says, honestly, knowing that this is true...that they have one another's memories and not having a single doubt about it now. "It's not the nicest thing to have in common." Prim adds, knowing that Alcide was killed too...even if in a different way.
