The praise from Parker does not fall on deaf ears. Adam is aware of how skilled Parker is in the area of sneaking and stealth so to garner any kind of praise from her is a big deal in his book. He likes to excel at things, not just in a mediocre sense of making due, but in overachieving. All to say, he's been working on it, Parker. He's been working on everything she's been teaching him and knows he got lucky today, at least a little bit, because she seems preoccupied about something else.

He nods when she explains the memory thing happened to her too. It's becoming more and more clear as the day progresses that most everyone has the same problem. But when she mouths the next words, he arches one brow. "This isn't the first time?" Adam has been here a long time and he doesn't remember it.

"Do you know anything about how they do it?" He adds the question quickly because he's genuinely curious. It seems such an impossible thing, after all. And yet...
