Steve's lips press into a thin line as he considers whether he should buy more. He really does want that basket, but at the same time, now that he knows the materials exist, he wonders if he could somehow figure out where to buy them. Or perhaps he could ask Jack who donated it to begin with.

When she steps forwards, Steve thinks she's just trying to be extra helpful, so he even tilts the form towards her as she inspects it.
