They have been getting more serious and Matt is well aware of that even if he isn't ready to admit it. The more serious they get, the more difficult Matt finds it to sleep without the sleep aid or without Lydia. He knows he's in deep, and he's reasonably sure that Lydia is in deep as well.
He hasn't seen her since early that morning when he'd snuck back into his own room to get ready for the day so it's nice when she finds him at lunch. He looks up at her, watching her slightly longer than usual. She gets a smile out of him and he shrugs. "I've acquired a taste for it, apparently." He will be taking some of the real food down to HQ to make sure that some of the other specials get some real food, particularly the fruit and vegetables. When she leans in to kiss him, he turns into the kiss, drawing it out for just a moment. "How's your day going? You were shooting that commercial, right?"
